PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Ranjan began his career in corporate banking (2002-2014), spending a decade with leading private sector banks in roles spanning finance, operations, and client relationship management. This foundation in systems thinking, financial analysis, and structured project management continues to shape how Shinexis approaches every engagement.
In 2014, he founded Shine Homz India, building a reputation for reliable execution and systematic delivery across residential and commercial projects. Over the following decade, the firm completed 300+ projects, including large-scale assignments for established corporate and real estate clients.

interior design, high-end residential projects, Project Management Consultancy
(PMC Lite), and curated furniture solutions through established manufacturing
partnerships.
