With over 20 years of combined experience spanning corporate banking and interior execution, he leads the company’s strategic direction, client partnerships, and project delivery excellence.
Professional Background
Ranjan began his career in corporate banking (2002–2014), spending a decade with leading private-sector banks across finance, operations, and client relationship management roles. This grounding in systems thinking, financial analysis, and structured project management continues to shape Shinexis’s approach to complex corporate engagements.
In 2014, he founded Shine Homz India, building a reputation for dependable execution across residential and commercial projects. Over the following decade, the firm delivered 300+ projects, including large-scale assignments for established corporate and real-estate clients.
